Property size
Bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces and how many areas need to be covered. A large home takes longer on site.
What you need
Photography only, or the full campaign with video, drone, floor plans and a 3D tour. This is the biggest driver of price.
Time on site
Twilight must be shot around golden hour and blue hour. If that means a longer day, it is planned into the quote.
Nothing else. No admin fee, no per-image charge, no licensing cost later. Travel is quoted up front, never added at the end.
